ooWOLF LED products are rated for 50,000 hours of use. At 8 hours of use per day, this equates to approximately 17 years of service life. The LED modules are not user-replaceable, but the expected lifespan means replacement should not be necessary for the foreseeable lifetime of the product.

ooWOLF desk lamps and monitor lights operate on 100–240V AC, 50/60Hz, making them compatible with electrical standards worldwide. Monitor lights clip onto the top edge of your monitor using a weighted hook-and-balance system — no tools, no adhesive, no damage to your monitor. We offer a 30-day risk-free return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

All ooWOLF products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or physical damage. To make a warranty claim, contact support@oowolf.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos if applicable.

Please contact us at support@oowolf.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage to both the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Retaining the original packaging is helpful for carrier claims, but is not required for us to process your replacement.
