Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every ooWOLF product. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. This policy outlines your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read it carefully before initiating a return request.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@oowolf.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Important: Please do not ship items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photographs or video showing the damage or defect.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion: a full replacement, a repair, or a full refund including any original shipping fees paid. Return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items is covered by ooWOLF.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped).
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund if a prepaid label is provided.
  • Items returned in a condition other than described may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, or may be rejected.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a product for a different variant (e.g., different color or model) within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at support@oowolf.com to arrange an exchange. Any price difference between products will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Products returned without prior authorization (no RMA issued).
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

Warranty

All ooWOLF products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@oowolf.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Warranty claims are handled separately from the standard return process and may result in repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@oowolf.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return upon delivery.
